The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Export Development Authority (SAUDI EXPORTS) Bandar Al-Khorayef
appointed Faisal Al-Bedah as the secretary general for (SAUDI EXPORTS). the Minister valued the efforts of Eng. Saleh Al-Solami during the period he spent as Secretary-General of (SAUDI EXPORTS) and his leadership of the march of achievement that successfully bore fruit in the authority's initiatives and projects.
In his statement, Al-Bedah expressed his gratitude for the appointment and pledged to serve the Kingdom and help it achieve its goal of increasing non-oil exports to diversify the national economy.
It is worth noting that Al-Bedah previously held the position of Deputy Governor for Trade Facilitation at Saudi Customs. Additionally, he worked as secretary general for the Logistics Services Committee.
Al-Bedah also has diverse experience in supply chain management, in addition to project management and business development management in a number of local and international private sector companies.
Al-Bedah has MBA in finance from Prince Sultan University and BA in accounting from King Saud University, and he is a graduate of the Business Acceleration Program from INSEAD in France.
It is worth mentioning that (SAUDI EXPORTS) employs all its capabilities to improve the efficiency of the export environment, build export capacities, promote exporters and their products, create export opportunities, and increase the competitiveness of Saudi businesses in order to help them access international markets in a way that reflects the position and quality of the Saudi product and serve as a tributary to the national economy. The efforts of (SAUDI EXPORTS) are guided by the Saudi Vision 2030 and in response to the aspirations of the wise leadership towards diversifying the sources of income of the national economy.
