The Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports) is participating in the Transport and Logistics Exhibition 2024 in China under the "Saudi Made" pavilion. The pavilion includes 16 leading national companies in the transport and logistics sectors, along with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM).
The exhibition will take place from June 25 to 27 and is considered one of the most prominent specialized exhibitions globally. It will be held in one of the largest consumer markets in the world, providing significant opportunities to promote national logistics services and enhance business opportunities for participating companies.
Saudi Exports Authority's participation is part of its strategic efforts to promote Saudi products and services and increase its market share in global markets, contributing to the non-oil GDP. The authority aims to enhance the image of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's export brand in the Chinese market, develop trade and economic exchange between the two countries, and open new export channels for national products and services.
The participation reflects the importance of the People's Republic of China as a major export destination. In 2023, non-oil exports from Saudi Arabia to China exceeded SAR29 billion. These export figures affirm the Saudi Exports Authority's commitment to promoting Saudi products and services and increasing their market share in global markets, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify sources of income and develop non-oil exports for sustainable economic development.
